This Christmas, we’re skating for good. Join us at QUEENS on Sunday 29th December for a special charity event in partnership with Toy Factory Charity.
🎁 Bring a gift, get a free skate!
Donate a new, boxed, medium-sized Christmas toy at check-in and kids under 16 will receive a free ice-skating session (one free skate per donated gift).
Let’s fill the toybox for children who deserve a magical Christmas.
Pre-booking required. Gift must be handed in on arrival.

Event Date & Time
Valid only on Sunday 29th December, during the 10:00–12:00 time slot.
Eligibility
Offer applies to children aged 16 and under only.
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Donation Requirement
One new, boxed, medium-sized Christmas gift must be donated per child to qualify.
Gifts must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Gift must be handed to the reception team at check-in on the day.
Queens reserves the right to decline items that do not meet required standards.
Booking
Pre-booking is essential. Walk-ups will not be eligible for this promotion.
Free skate offer is applied only when the required gift is donated.
Standard skate hire rules apply and are subject to availability.
Limitations
Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
One free skate session per qualifying gift per child.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher, or discount.
Health & Safety
All skaters are required to follow rink safety instructions and wear appropriate footwear.
Queens accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Charity Partner
All gifts will be donated to Toy Factory Charity.
By participating, guests agree to the handling and transfer of donated items.
